Theodore I. Wolff, 70, a resident of Greenwich passed away suddenly Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy with his wife by his side.
He was born July 26, 1946 in Cambridge, NY to the late Kenneth and Lucille Wolff.
Theodore was a lifelong truck driver who loved being on the road in his truck “The Wolff Wagon”. In his retirement, he enjoyed NASCAR and numerous truck shows. He loved traveling to visit his children in Texas and California. He was especially fond of his sense of direction and proud of where he has been throughout his travels.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Fred Wolff.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Beth A. (Gilligan) Wolff; daughter Erin (Evan) Holderman of Redondo Beach, CA; son Ted (Becky) Wolff of Pasadena, TX; grandson Michael “Texas” Wolff; sister Sharon Trothier of Cambridge, NY; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of Theodore’s life will be held at 5 pm Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834 with the Rev. Sandra Spaulding officiating.
Family and friends may call from 3-5 at the funeral home prior to the service.
