Obituary of Patricia Anne Morency

Patricia Anne Morency, 83, a resident of Broad St., passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Saratoga Hospital after a long illness. Born November 23, 1931 in Schuylerville, NY she was the daughter of the late Arthur "Pat" and C. Elizabeth Hall Haley. Mrs. Morency enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, and knitting. She loved spending time with her family, nieces, nephews, and all children. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Wesley J. Morency Jr.; her son, Wesley J. Morency III; stepmother, Adeline Irish Haley; brothers, Silas, Robert, Gerald, Lawrence, and John Haley; sisters, Alice Miner, Beverly DeNew, Deanna Knapp; and niece, Tracy Drew. Survivors include her son, Michael Morency, and Javier Rojas of Saratoga Springs; sister, Mary (Thomas) Drew of Victory Mills; brother, Arthur Patrick Haley of Idaho; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held in the spring in St. Mary's Cemetery, Schuylerville. At her request, there will be no calling hours.
