Obituary of Nancy R. Dennison

Nancy R. Dennison, 83, a resident of University St., passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at Saratoga Hospital after a long illness. Born February 7, 1932 in Schuylerville, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Victoria Ruff Reed Sr. Mrs. Dennison had been employed for many years at Craft General Food in Saratoga Springs, retiring in 1993. She was an avid Yankee fan, enjoyed golfing and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Edward and Thomas, and Joseph Reed. Survivors include her 2 sons, Mark (Leslie) Dennison and Keith (Lurana) Dennison of Victory Mills; 2 granddaughters, Danielle and Lauren Dennison; and several nieces and nephews. At her request, there will be no calling hours. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 am Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Notre Dame-Visitation Church, Pearl St., Schuylerville, with Rev. Martin Fisher, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Mary's Cemetery.
