Obituary of Deborah A Miller

Deborah A. Miller, 63 a lifelong resident of Greenwich was called home Saturday, January 14, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving children. She was born August, 20, 1953 in Cambridge, NY to the late Charles Spellman Sr. and Roberta Jeanne Chambers. Deborah was a caring person who would do anything for anybody especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed camping, bingo, playing pool at the American Legion and VFW and spending time with her grandchildren. Deborah worked at the Greenwich Central School for many years where she retired in 2012. She enjoyed taking care of her nephew Ronald Lee Forrest Jr. throughout the years. Porch sitting whether it be summer, fall, winter, or spring was one of her favorite pastimes. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Donald T. Miller and step-mother Eleanor T. Spellman. Survivors include her loving children; Mattie Grace Miller and Shellie Miller; nephew Ronald Lee Forrest who she loved and cared for like a son; grandchildren, Winter Mackenzie Bates, Colton Thomas Miller, Emma Grace Anuszewski; sisters, Donna Bradley, Marilyn Giada, Susan Lampmon; brother, Charles Spellman Jr.; step-brother, Larry Martinelli, Todd Martinelli, and Allen Eichstadt; step-sister, Maureen Hitchcock; close family friend Becky Ephraim. Family and friends may call from 1-3 pm Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834. Spring interment will take place at 10am Friday, May 12, 2017 at the Easton Rural Cemetery in Easton.
