Gloria J. Young

Gloria J. Young, 80, “Gigi & Nana”, of Hudson Falls passed away peacefully, on August 10, 2026, at home, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on April 8, 1946, in Glens Falls, NY to the late Darwin and Naomi (Clark) Williams.

Gloria was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, who touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She will be remembered, for her kindness, the loving manner she carried, her generosity, sense of humor, and for the love she had for her family.

Gloria enjoyed crocheting, cooking, baking, playing cards and Yahtzee. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandson Adam Raymond.

She is survived by her daughter, Cassie Nash; sons, Leon Nash (Tammy), Ervin (Billie Jo) Nash; her sister, Patricia (James) Ratley; her brothers, David (Tina) Williams, Michael (June) Williams and Darwin (Jackie) Williams as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many close friends.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Raymond Young and Leon Nash; two granddaughters, Tiffany (Nash) Ross, and Ashley Nash; her daughter-in-law, Brandy Nash.

Gloria’s family wishes to thank HHHN and High Peaks Hospice for their care, support and help during this extremely difficult time.
