Loren S. McNall Obituary (1934 - 2010) - Schuylerville, New York

Loren S. McNall, 76, a former Greenwich resident, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home in Argyle after a brief illness. Born February 11, 1934 in Charlotte, Vermont, he was the son of Dewey McNall and Ethel Hosford McNall. Loren served with the United States Army in Germany during the Korean Conflict. He had been employed by local paper mills in Greenwich and retired from the maintenance department at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home. He was a member of Post # 515 American Legion in Greenwich. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Allen and Walter McNall and sister, Lois McNall Townsend. Survivors are many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and 2 sister-in-laws. Services will be at the convenience of the family with burial in the Whiteside Cemetery in West Cambridge. The family suggests memorials in his name be made to the Washington County Humane Society, the Easton Greenwich Rescue Squad or to Post # 515 American Legion in Greenwich.
