Theresa Elizabeth Meidenbauer

Theresa Elizabeth Meidenbauer, a woman whose sense of humor could light up any room, left this world on September 20, 2026, at St. Peter's Hospital. She was born to the late Harold and Catherine (Brewster) Martini in Queens, New York, on September 20, 1950, Theresa moved through the world with a sense of humor that was as infectious as her love for her family.

Theresa spent over 20 years as a bank manager at AlBank in Clifton Park, New York. Her professional dedication did not wane upon retirement as she dabbled in real estate for a few years, bringing her unique blend of humor and hard work into every negotiation. In her free time, Theresa could be found admiring hummingbirds eating at her feeders, tending to her beautiful gardens, traveling with her family and boating with her husband. She was a woman who loved to be on the move, whether it was walking around her neighborhood or planning her next adventure.

Theresa is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert Meidenbauer, and their sons, James Meidenbauer, Andrew Meidenbauer and David Meidenbauer; daughter in law Emily Meidenbauer; grandchildren, Elliot and Asher Meidenbauer; her brother Frederick Martini.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Frances Kelly.
Family was the cornerstone of Theresa's life, and her home was always filled with laughter, especially during the holidays when she would go all out with decorations and festive cheer.

A visitation for Theresa will be held from 1 to 2 pm on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Flynn Bros, Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Avenue, Schuylerville, NY, 12871. Her memorial service will immediately follow at 2 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to your local ASPCA organization.
