Obituary of Ralph L. Woodcock

Ralph L. Woodcock, 73, a former resident of King Rd., died Friday, April 29, 2011 at the Wesley Health Care Center in Saratoga Springs after a long illness. Born October 19, 1937 in Saratoga Springs, he was the son of the late Kirklin and Martha Owens Woodcock. Mr. Woodcock was a self employed milk hauler for 42 years. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Doris Poirier Woodcock; his twin sister, Betty Zwijacz, and his sister, Joy Woodcock. Survivors include his children, Ralph (Judy) Woodcock Jr. of Gansevoort, Tracy (Sam) Bergquist of Gansevoort, Connie (Michael)Rich of South Glens Falls, and Patricia Woodcock of Saratoga Springs; 3 brothers, Roger Woodcock of Ft. Edward, Kirk Woodcock of Gansevoort, and Karl Woodcock of South Glens Falls; 2 sisters, Fannie Mae Putnam of Saratoga Springs and Sandy Dickison of Gansevoort; 7 grandchildren, Jason Woodcock, Jill (Paul) Cameron, Chris and Andy Rich, Courtney, Sean and Sam Bergquist; 1 great granddaughter, Lilly Cameron; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2-4pm Sunday May 1, 2011 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Ave., Schuylerville, NY. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm Monday, May 2, 2011 in the Maplewood Cemetery, Saratoga Springs.
