He was an active member of Old Saratoga Reformed Church where he participated in the Prayer Chain ministry, attended the weekly ecumenical Bible Study, and helped out with fundraisers and special activities. Chris enjoyed country music, watching the Dallas Cowboys, caring for his dog, and being with people. He will be remembered for his friendly smiles and greetings, his courteous service, and all the ways he helped and cared about others. He was known and well-liked by many of all ages in the Schuylerville Community. He was predeceased by his mother, Cheryl Ann Giltner Wiley; maternal grandmother, Frances Leubstorf; and paternal grandparents, Ruben Kenneth and Virginia Wiley. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Stephen and Kimberly Ann Wiley of Las Vegas; his aunt and uncle, Kennetha and Joe Cole of Albuquerque, NM.
