Obituary of Virginia A. Horne

Virginia A. Horne, 76, a resident of Easton for the past 25 years died Saturday, July 9, 2011 at her residence. Born in Grafton June 3, 1935, she was a daughter of late George and Charlotte (Coonradt) Gundrum. Virginia loved nature, people and all animals. She was devoted to her 3 puppies; Franki, Willie and Ginger. She was strong willed and patriotic and was especially caring of those less fortunate. Her family includes her husband George R. Horne of Easton, four children; Michael (Patricia) Camprone, Angela (Joseph) Durivage, Anthony (Sherry) Camprone and Gina (Robert) Vincent, 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was a true friend, great teacher and our mom. Her favorite saying was “I walk with Jesus Christ, God is my co-pilot.” Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Flynn Bros., Inc., 80 Main St., Greenwich, NY.
