Obituary of Joyce M. Corsetti

Joyce M. Corsetti, 51, a resident of Pearl St., died Monday, August 29, 2011 at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Born March 28, 1960 in Saratoga Springs, NY she was the daughter of Charlotte Gibbons Meader of Schuylerville and the late Robert A. Meader Sr. Mrs. Corsetti was employed at the Schuylerville Family Health Center for many years. She enjoyed four wheeling, camping and recreational shooting. She was a caregiver to many, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends in the garage. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Joseph J. Corsetti Jr. of Schuylerville; her son, Shawn Corsetti of Schuylerville; 1 brother, Robert A. (Dottie) Meader Jr. of Queensbury; 3 sisters, Kathleen Whaley and Terri (Brian) Wrisley of Schuylerville, and Barbara Donovan of Wilton; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 10am Friday, September 2, 2011 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Ave., Schuylerville with Rev. Joyce deVelder, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery, Quaker Springs. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-7pm. Memorials can be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
