Obituary of Harriet Wright

Harriet Lamb Wright, 93, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.

Born February 25, 1925 in Hoosick Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Barber Lamb.

Mrs. Wright worked for many years at Sherwood Medical in Argyle NY.  She was a member of Saratoga Abundant Life Church.  She enjoyed shopping and was known for always being impeccably dressed.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Eugene Wright and Warren Wilson; her brother, George Lamb; and sisters, Alice Spiezio and Helena Loy.

Survivors include her children, Judy (David) Davis of Scotia and Eugene (Kathleen) Wright of Glenville; 4 grandchildren, David Petralia, Deborah Kaminski, Stephen Wright and Patricia Kettler; 4 great grandchildren, Rachel Kaminski, Benjamin Petralia, Matthew Petralia, and Meghan Lavenia; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1pm Friday, April 20, 2018 in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, Schuylerville.

Memorials can be made in her memory to any local Veterans organization.
