Obituary of Bonnie Sue Penny Lynn McMurray

Bonnie Sue Penny Lynn McMurray, a resident of Old Cambridge Rd., passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer, at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 19, 1964 in Cambridge NY, to the late William and June Guthier McMurray.

Bonnie graduated from Greenwich Central School, class of 1982 and she was the proud co-owner of Weeping Birch Farm, LLC.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brothers William Eugene McMurray and Robin Francis McMurray.

Survivors include her brother Timothy (Michelle) McMurray of Adams, Mass; sisters JoAmy Guild of East Greenbush, and Tina (Derek) McMurray Dearstyne of Jackson, NY; adopted children, Jeremy Bates of Fort Edward, Jessica Lafreniere of Salem, and Joshua Bates of East Greenwich and their families; nephews Sean McMurray of Adams, Mass, Liam McMurray of Cambridge, Chance and Luke Guild of East Greenbush, and Wiley Dearstyne of Jackson.   

At Bonnie’s request there will be no calling hours. 

At the convenience of the family a memorial service will be held at a later date.
