Gen was an hard working and active member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees. We have missed her in recent years and thought of her often but were unsure of an address for her. She also had a smile and/or laugh and shared them freely.
Our sympathies go out to you.

Genevieve was our Rock on the farm. She would come and encourage my mother by her visits and I'm sure that her eyeballs turn inward as some of our antics on the farm. She never criticized us. She could pick up a metal milk can full of milk with ease. She always had a smile for everybody she came in contact with. I am glad I got to visit her in later years. When she lived on Rugg Road, and still drove, she would come around the corner and take my handicapped daughter Wendy to lunch. Wendy loved being with Genevieve. There was no doubt that she had a hard life but she never let you think she did. She loved her family and was so proud of every one of them. She indeed is probably very happy to be with her husband right now. She loved him so much and miss him and the years that they could have had together. She has earned her angel wings. I pray for comfort for the whole family. Love, Eleanor

Genevieve was a real friend of our family. We were fortunate to share many memories. The life of growing up on a farm was always difficult and required hard work. It made us better in the lives we lived. Our condolances to her family and friends. On behalf of the “Bennett’s”. Eddie
