My deepest condolences to Lisa and Meghan and all his family and friends. Kenny and I worked together since he started at Kamyr those many years ago... Always smiling and always willing to help, a true friend and great colleague. He will be greatly missed.
Love this picture as it combines his love for 'Cuse and fishing in one photo. What a great day on the water...

To Lisa and Meghan- We are so very sorry for the loss of your husband and father. I enjoyed talking with Ken at each field hockey game and his love for, and pride in Meghan was obvious. Words cannot express how truly sorry we are.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Kenny since 1991 when we were both just starting with Kamyr. I have such great memories of Kenny - playing golf with my Dad, playing basketball with the greatest Kamyr team assembled :), and most of all, fishing with Don Bluman and others. Working with Kenny was always a pleasure as well - even back then when he was less experienced, he was just so smart, dedicated, detail-oriented, and always fun regardless of the circumstances. My memory of Kenny will always be him smiling and laughing, and that image is the only thing that is making this bearable for me. My deepest sympathy goes to Lisa and Meghan and the rest of Kenny's family. RIP, Kenny.

My deepest sympathy to your family on the loss of Ken. I had the honor of working with him the past 15 years at Andritz. I work out of the Georgia office so I didn't get to interact with Ken as much as I would have liked on a daily basis over the years but I have had the pleasure of working on numerous projects with him. He always greeted me with a firm handshake and that big smile when I saw him. He will be sorely missed. Prayers to his friends and most of all family in this time of grief.

My sincere condolences to all of Ken's Family, Friend's & Ken's working family all of the good folks at Andritz. I have been deeply saddened when I heard the news. Ken & I worked on some projects together in Texas. He was always great to work with and I always looked forward to projects we had working with Ken. He was always well prepared and no matter how things went would be willing to lighten things up. As we completed different projects and I had need for information that I probably should have had I knew I could just pick up the phone and he could quickly have the answer for me. Anytime we talked there was usually the joke about Ken being prepared to fly down and cover the night shift if things didn't go as planned! Fortunately he was always successful in avoiding that duty. I will miss my friend deeply. God Bless Ken may he rest in peace.

To Ken's family, I am so sorry for your loss. Ken and I became friends at Alfred, then along with a few other classmates, we got a job at good ole Kamyr together. Ken, Rob and I were roommates when we first started working in Glens Falls. Ken decided I needed to be called WRIG's after many beverages. I think he could tell it bothered me. Needless to say WRIG's stuck as my nickname from Ken. Ken doesn't know it, but he started something... today I have a house flip business name called WRIGS, and my license plate says WRIGS also. Although our paths haven't crossed many times since I moved to Alabama, Ken is on my mind often.
I have recently learned about Ken's passion for birds and it is so fitting. Fly High with those Bird's Ken! You will be missed greatly by so many!

My (our) heartfelt condolences to Lisa and Meghan on Kenny's passing. I didn't know Kenny nearly as well as most others but I had the pleasure of working with him at Andritz (aka Ahlstrom, Kamyr, etc). He was always the consummate professional, ready to offer assistance whenever needed, and quick with a smile.
Outside the office he was fun to be around....always ready for a quick joke / story, a little friendly harassment, a fist-bump, and a hearty laugh. I enjoyed our time together whether it be at the Jazz Festival(s), on the mountain, trying to beat him in horseshoes at a company picnic, talking about the accomplishments of his daughter Meghan (no father was ever more proud of his daughter), or reminiscing as to why our Syracuse Orangemen couldn't shoot free throws.
Rest in peace, Kenny....I'm going to miss you (unfortunately, due my father-in-laws passing this past Friday I will be with our family attending services in Ohio the end of this week so I will not be able to say good-bye on Thurs / Friday...but I'll be thinking about you)

Ken , you taught me the value of sitting still long enough to learn to identify birds by shape, color and song. You made me laugh as only you could as you battled large small-mouth bass from the Hudson River on to our boat. Your compassion touched me as I lay in your yard with a badly broken ankle. How I will miss the philosophical and, sometimes nonsensical, discussions around the many campfires we gathered around. You will never be forgotten, my friend.
Fly free among the birds that you loved so much. I will never look at them the same again.

So terribly sorry to hear this news. Ken and I were college friends and for a short time co workers when a few of us took jobs at Kamyr in Glens Falls. I learned very quick not to mess with Ken as he knocked me out while we were messing around at the laundry mat one evening. I zigged when i should have zagged. I truly am saddened, my condolences to his family. Again sorry for your loss. Sincerly Chad Little
