Obituary of Steven Brown

Steven Brown, 51 a lifelong resident of Washington County passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, January 30, 2020. He was born in Cambridge, NY, to the late Howard and Geraldine (Marra) Brown. Steven owned and operated Brown Equipment and Trucking, he was always on the road in his freightliner barreling down the highway trying to make money. He was a hard worker who enjoyed life on the road. Steven loved spending time with his boy Caleb as well as his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed mowing his lawn, driving his Dodge Ram 1 Ton Dually, and watching HBO. He loved animals and having dinner with his son at DUO Hibachi in Saratoga Springs. He is survived by his children Caleb Brown of Greenwich, Justina Marie Meier of Whitehall, and Nicole Marie Meier of Caro, NY; brothers David and Bobby Brown; niece’s Jennifer, Hayden, and Hayley; nephews, Josh and Jonathan; uncle Jimmy Conway; special friends Johnny O’Donnell, Ed Tabor, Steve Pettey’s, and Tracy Clement; former significant other Diane Coy. A funeral service will be held at 4pm on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834. Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Spring burial will be held in the North Cambridge Stump Church Cemetery Donations in Steven’s name may be made to Flynn Bros. Inc.
