I am not sure if my earlier message went through. I was the band director at HFCS from 1965-2001 and just missed Bud as a coach. I met him through stories and then as fellow drivers at Greyhound Bus Line in Albany. "Betty" lived with a tough Marine and man from my association with him. I would keep up to date about Bud through Dave "Larry Kessler who lived at Cossayuna in the area of the Kenyons. Our prayers are with the family at these times.

I am so very saddened to to hear of Mrs. Kenyon's passing. I want to extend my very deepest and heart felt condolences to Debbie, Mike, Chris and Kieth and their families. Coach was the disciplined, tough Marine but all of us, former players and those associated with the family knew who the boss was. Rest In Peace Ma. I know you will you organize the Heavenly version ob the Booster Club.

To Coach Kenyon and Family I am thinking of you today. I remember Mrs. Kenyon from my Guilderland football days 1966-68 seasons.
When I flew up to the first of 2 celebrations for Coach in Albany a few years ago I will never forget meeting her when she walked into the room. I held out my hand and said hi Mrs. Kenyon my name is Don Blagriff. I played for Coach in the late 60's. She looked at me and said "I remember you. You were number 88." I am thinking to myself are you kidding me! Later in the evening I saw a team photo from my senior season. On the back Mrs Kenyon had written the names of the players next to their jersey numbers. I still think about that conversation from time to time.
God bless you and your family.

Coach Kenyon, Kevin and family. So sorry to hear of Betty's passing. Condolences from the whole Brennan family. Peter and I, as well as my Dad and Mom and sister were the direct or indirect beneficiaries of the support of the Kenyon family for many years, and I know that Betty was the support system behind a lot of it.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
