Obituary of Andrea Valentin

Andrea Valentin, longtime resident of the Easton IRA, passed away December 31, 2020 at Glens Falls Hospital. She was a popular lady, with a smile and a twinkle in her eye that was surely her mischievous side. She was notorious for taking brooms and dragging them through the house and heisting the dust pans as she went about the house. She was known to be smiling and bopping her head when tunes sounded good to her. Those are memories we will cherish always. She is one of many folks we see getting to this stage of life, and value every moment we have gotten to share with her. Easton is an extension of many of our families. Over the years, the times were spent with laughter and joy. Many wonderful memories were made during parties, holidays, taking portraits, picnics, great birthday parties with all her housemates and friends. Also, many outings to great places Andrea’s caregivers were able to bless her with. The memories of Andrea are such great memories that we will all cherish in our hearts. Listening to the giggles when we tickle toes as we had spa beauty days and doing Pedi’s. Andrea would always have a big smile and gave hugs to those she was awfully close too, and she never wanted to let go. We will miss Andrea, and know she is now flying high, trying out her wings, and hopefully enjoying time with her brother Jose. He surely will watch over Andrea, and now they can both be at peace together. All our hearts will be sad but filled with joy to know Andrea is at peace and flying above with many beautiful angels that have touched our hearts.... we will miss you "Scoot.” Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and weather, we will be planning a springtime burial in the Greenwich Cemetery to say our final goodbyes.
