Obituary of Lorraine M. Petralia

Lorraine Mary Salls Petralia, 66, passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Born August 15, 1954 in Cambridge, NY she was the daughter of the late Duane and Mary Weeks Salls. Lorraine was a graduate of Schuylerville Central School. She worked at Bullard’s Apple Orchard and retired from Victory Specialty in Victory Mills. She loved her NY Jets, football, playing cards, spending time with her grandchildren and visiting with family and friends. She loved all her crime TV shows and had a strong love for her animals. She had the best laugh, and her laughter was contagious. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 25 years, Robert Joseph Petralia Sr. Survivors include her children, Toni Petralia Woodcock and husband James Woodcock Jr. of Schuylerville, and Robert Joseph Petralia Jr. and wife Jennifer Spiezio of Schuylerville; her significant other, Robert John Donisthorpe of Cambridge; grandchildren, Jacob G. Petralia, Raegan T. Woodcock and fiancé Ethan Reid, Christian A. Petralia, and Lucas J. Woodcock all of Schuylerville; siblings, Leonard (Lorraine) Salls of Greenwich, Larry (Donna) Salls of Jacksonville, FL, Lee Salls of Schuylerville, and Lori Joe (Kenneth) Cook of Schuylerville; and several nieces and nephews. A private service will be held for the family on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home. Spring burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Schuylerville.
