I knew Don as my pastor and friend for many years through the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church. He was always so kind and helpful. I was a member of the small covenant group with him and he really helped me explore my faith. He was a special friend to my sister-in-law, Heidi Hughes, who had Down Syndrome. She loved him very much, as did everyone who knew him. May he rest in peace with Jesus Glenda Hughes
