Charles C. Angeles, 90, a resident of Pyramid Pines Estates, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 surrounded by his family. Born March 26, 1931 in Plymouth, PA he was the son of the late Constantenous and Dorothy Banks Angeles. Charles was a Cpl with the US Marine Corps having served from 1950-1952. He was a proud Marine his whole life – Semper Fi. He was a district manager for Lehigh Safety Shoes out of Endicott, NY. Charles loved his family and will be remembered as friendly and outgoing. He loved music, played the organ, wrote poetry and put it to music. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Karen Leah Angeles and his brother, George Angeles. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Geri Angeles of Saratoga Springs; 1 daughter, Diana Scannell (Faith) of Fulton, NY; 1 son, Charlie Angeles of Ballston Spa, NY; 1 sister, Rachel Kross of Buffalo, NY; 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and his dog Beau. A funeral service will be held at 12:30pm Friday, November 19, 2021 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Ave., Schuylerville, NY. Burial will follow at 1:30pm at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY. Friends may call on Friday from 11:00-12:30 prior to the service at the funeral home.
