On behalf of my dad, Glen Bean, and the rest of our family, we are so deeply sorry for the loss of Mac. He was a wonderful, kind man, always smiling and happy to see everyone! The world lost a bright light. My dad has asked that I send his condolences and share that he apologizes for not attending the services due not being able to stand for long periods of time. He and Mac grew up together and enjoyed so many great times from hunting with their Beagles, shooting their bows to playing basketball throughout school. My dad cherishes these wonderful memories. Rest in peace. Love, the Bean family

Mr. Lindahl (I never could call him Mac) was probably the closed I had to a grandfather. He was always smiling and it was such a pleasure to be in his company. I can still hear his voice saying 'alright!' I was lucky enough to have him as my 6th grade teacher, and my best friend and I got to play our recorders to the song he wrote for one of his infamous plays! (I can still play it to this day).
I pray for the comfort of great memories for his family. He will be sorely missed.

I did my student teaching with Mac in 1968. He was an outstanding teacher and a wonderful man.He was always calm and constructive and right on point! He was just an all around great guy! He was a great influence on everyone who knew him! Very sorry to hear of his passing. He made the world a better place. Rest in peace, Mac!

Mr. Lindahl was a wonderful teacher. I especially remember him reading interesting books aloud to us each day just before lunch and playing 20 Questions. He had a delightful sense of humor and joie de vivre. I also remember he kept order with with a firm but understanding manner. Mr. Lindahl had a definite influence on the teacher I became. Thank you and God bless you.
