Obituary of James L. Peltier

James L. Peltier, 59, a resident of Saratoga Springs, died Friday August 27, 2010 at the Haynes House of Hope in Granville following a long illness. Born April 12, 1951 in Cambridge, he was a son of the late William J. Peltier Jr. and Agnes Kuzmich Peltier of Greenwich. James was a 1969 graduate of Greenwich Central School. After high school he served in the U. S. Air Force and then graduated from Hudson Valley Community College. James worked for I. B. M. following college. In addition to his mother he is survived by 2 sisters; Linda Peltier of Greenwich and Patty Connaway (Tony) of Schodack Landing, one brother, Stephen Peltier (Robin) of Greenwich. One niece and two nephews also survive. A service with military honors will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday September 7, 2010 at the Gerald B H Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, the Rev. Virginia Cornell officiating. Donations in his memory may be made to the Haynes House of Hope, 7187 St. Rt. 149, Granville, NY 12832.
