I just heard of John's passing. I got to know him so well when I stopped after church to visit with Aunt Bea for so many years. He was truly a sweetheart. So very sad but perhaps he and Mark are passing stories back and forth.

Lois, Carol and all Johns nieces and nephews - I'm so sorry for your loss. John was never someone I knew well but he was always someone who had time to say hello and smile when he saw you. I will miss that. May God comfort you during this time.

We want to send our condolences to the family of Johnny Brownell. May he rest in Peace with our Lord. I remember Johnny in my younger years living in Victory Mills with my grand parents Max & Rena Renaud on Gates ave. I always though of him as the tallest boy/guy in town. I remember him walking by all the time heading to Bob Myers store or into Schuylerville and used to play touch foot ball with him and my cousins Bobby Tucker and Terry VanArnum. he always seamed to me to be the Giant of Victory. and i remember he had sisters but only remember Carol. i used to save her a seat on the bus once in awhile. he did make a diffrence in this world as we all do. and he will make a bigger one in Heaven. Enjoy your new life in Paradise!!
