Obituary of Beverly A. Connor

Beverly Connor, 81, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Fort Hudson Nursing Center in Fort Edward surrounded by her loving family. Born May 4, 1935 in Albany, NY she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret McCarty McCann. Beverly was very active with St. Joseph’s Church and the Catholic Daughters. She was a past member of the Easton Town Planning Board. She liked quilting, knitting, and her Tuesday night knitting club. She enjoyed her family and friends, especially time spent at family gatherings. She loved the ocean and her many trips to Maine. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Gerald E. Connor. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia C. (John) Kirk of Easton, and Cynthia C. (Jim) Schneible of Greenwich; grandchildren Jonathan (Jessica) Kirk, Jessica (Aaron) Kuzmich, Jennifer (Jeff) Keller, Jeremy Schneible, Hillary (Rob Squires) Schneible; great grandchildren, Keira and Connor Kirk, Hannah and Olivia Keller; sister-in-law Catherine Monahan; and several nieces and nephews. A mass of a Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am Saturday, September 10, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Church in Greenwich with the Rev. Martin Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Greenwich. Family and friends may call on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 4-6 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834.
