Our hearts are truly broken on the loss of this gentle giant called Bobby. The lake has lost so many wonderful people and I ask, why the good ones? Say hello to my Dad and I am sure he was there waiting with his open arms. Rick, Mary and Darya, my heart breaks for you.

Dear Johnson Family,
Words cant express my deep sorrow I feel for you at this time. BoJo was such a dear friend of mine in our high school years. I have such great memories of us at basketball games, in the hallways of GCS, doing his math homework and times up at the lake. Hearing this news just breaks my heart. I am sorry I didn't do a better job of keeping in touch with him, but please know that I thought of him often...where he was and how he was doing. I still have a picture of us from Graduation Day in my '97 photo album-it will be put away for safe keeping.
Much love to you all and I hope you can find peace.
xoxo

Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I adored Bob and he was a good man. He was a hard worker and had a heart of gold. He would do anything for anyone and had a smile that could light up a room. We had so many good times and I will always remember the fun we had at the lake...fishing in the paddle boat and fires on the deck. Lifting weights with him and watching him do what he loved, coaching basketball. Much love, hugs and prayers to help you through this difficult time...he will forever be in my heart.

I am sorry for your loss. He will be missed. He was a big part of my childhood growing up at camp. He was four years older than me and I idolized him. I used to always want to go down to Bobby's camp to see what he was doing. As a kid I remember he was the best skier on the lake. He always had his buddy Dave alongside him and there were always getting into some type of mischief while I was trailing along behind, if I could keep up, soaking it all in. I shot my first potato gun with Bobby. Went off my first (huge!) rope swing with him. Could always count on him to have some type of fireworks. One summer, at the pig roast, he must have been about 14. A smoke bomb went off in the Porta potty, and the whole party was laughing and someone yelled out, "who's responsible?" Knowing he did it, I look at Bobby. He dumps the soda that he was drinking over his head and says," let's go swimming! " One of the best king of the dock games took place that night at birch Hill and I remember to this very moment saying to myself, man that kid is the coolest. He will be missed. My prayers are with him and everyone he has touched.
