Sorry for your loss. I always told your mom she was my favorite teacher and for some reason she thought I was joking. She really was and she also was a really nice lady and so much fun to talk to. RIP

I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Aldridge was my kindergarten teacher and helped me through a difficult time adjusting to school. She was so warm and patient and I remember her well. She definitely played a part in my love of school and education and choice to become a teacher myself. She was a special woman and will be missed.

Roddy and Deb. I hardly know where to start in expressing my sympathy to you and your families. I knew your Mom for 54 years or so. My Mom took care of you both so your Mom could teach. I babysat you two and I loved both your Mom and Dad with all my heart. I loved working in the Butcher Shop with your Dad, taking care of him when he was sick and making him Spam sandwiches and his fudge, going to Aruba and going to all those Engelbert concerts. Your Mom was quite excited when we went in May 2010 and she got to see me go up on stage with him, of course she had to give me a couple of pushes to get me up there. I wish I could have seen her one more time. I am broken hearted but know she is at Peace and now with your dad.. I will miss her smile and her friendship. Love you Mary.

My deepest condolences to you, Deborah and Rodger, and your families and extended family on the passing of your Mom. Always remember her doing really fun projects at church for youth group, especially the banners for the seasons. Always remember the trip with our Mom's taking us to church camp and leaving us crying and picking us back up crying! Your Mom had such a great sense of humor! Sorry for your loss. Shelly

Roddy, Jen, Debbie and families. I was so sorry to hear of your mom's death. I knew her since she first moved to Schuylerville and actually she and my sister Dawn, double-dated several times. I did not remember that they were married the same month. Up until just a few years ago, Mary joined me for early morning walks at Prospect Hill. A little funny story - when she first asked me if she could walk with me in the mornings, of course I told her she could. Later I told Judi that I was so afraid that she would not be able to keep up with me. Imagine my surprise that with her long legs and my extremely short ones, I was always out of breath trying to keep up with her.
I hope to see you on Saturday. Love,
Lois

I have so many wonderful memories of weekends spent in Schuylerville with both your Mom and Dad. I loved them both.
