Obituary of Winona Linscott Currier

Winona L. Currier, 92, died Thursday, December 1, 2011 at St. Peters Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Albany, New York. Born in Saugus, Mass. on February 19, 1919, she was the daughter of Bert A. and Bessie E. Linscott. She grew up in Lynn, Mass and graduated from Lynn English High School. Winona lived in Dover for several years before moving to Florida in 1981. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by husband Robert in 1991 and her son James in 1997. Survivors include her sons Robert of Greenwich, NY and Richard of Zephyrhills, Fla.; two grand children, Markeen Currier of San Diego, Calif. and Christopher Currier, Lone Oak, TX. Funeral services are private.
