Obituary of Clifford Darfler Sr.

Clifford C. Darfler Sr., 80, a resident of View Way, Cambridge, NY, died Sunday, December 25, 2011 at the Saratoga Hospital following a long illness. Born September 12, 1931 in Greenwich, he was the son of Joseph W. and Sarah (Robbins) Darfler. Clifford was a flooring installer and appliance repairman for Flynn Bros., Inc. in Greenwich. He also worked at H+V Paper Mill in Easton and retired from Darfler Flooring, in 2006. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Patricia A. Darfler, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Survivors include his 2 sons, Clifford Darfler Jr. and his wife Holly of Porter Corners and Joseph Darfler Sr. and his wife Darlene of Cambridge; Four grandchildren; Karen Darfler, Joey Darfler, Jason (Kim) Darfler and Amber (Andy) Lohret and 6 great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
