Obituary of Margaret Pratt

Margaret Pratt, 80, a resident of Jay St., Victory Mills, died Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Mary’s Haven in Saratoga Springs. Born October 15, 1931 in Bronx, NY she was the daughter of the late Martin and Dorothy Mitchell Casey. Mrs. Pratt enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She retired from Victory Specialty in Victory Mills where she had worked for many years. She was a communicant of Notre Dame-Visitation Church in Schuylerville. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Vladimir Pratt in 2006; and siblings, Marcella Casey, Lawrence Casey and Theresa Feenan. Survivors include her son, Vladimir (Marie) Pratt of Fort Edward; grandchildren, Sarah Pratt, James Pratt, David Pratt, Stephen Eggleston, Joleen Young, Seawn Eggleston, and Jennie Winter; great grandchildren, Jada, Jacob, Ethan, Michael, Samuel, Gabriel, Noah, and Owen; 1 sister, Rose Haley of Florida; 3 brothers, Marty Casey of Schuylerville, John Casey of California, and Donald Casey of Saratoga Springs; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30am Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Notre Dame-Visitation Church with Rev. Martin Fisher, officiating. Burial will follow in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday, from 5-7pm at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Ave., Schuylerville.
