Obituary of Jacquelyn M. Haner

Jacquelyn M. Haner, 78, a resident of Lick Springs Rd., Greenwich, died Sunday, October 14, 2012 at her home. Born in Battenville, December 6, 1933, a daughter of John and Ione (Gilchrist) Gardephe, she was a lifelong area resident. Jackie retired from Pleasant Valley Infirmary in 1990 and then worked at the Greenwich Cemetery until 2008. In addition to her parents she was pre-deceased by one sister and two brothers. Surviving is one daughter, Becky (Scott) Zeno and one son Paul Haner, both of Greenwich. Also surviving is one granddaughter, three grandsons, two great-granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews. At her request there will be no funeral services. Memorials in her name may be made to Easton-Greenwich Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 84, Greenwich, NY 12834. Arrangements are under the direction of Flynn Bros., Inc., 80 Main St., Greenwich, NY.
