Obituary of Norma J. Jennings

Norma J. Jennings, 80, a resident of Cynthia Meadows, Greenwich, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Saratoga Hospital following a short illness. Born March 15, 1932 in Cambridge, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Beulah (Gifford) Curtis. Norma was a lifetime Greenwich resident. She worked for several years at Mallinckrodt in Argyle, was a member of the VFW Auxiliary of Greenwich and an avid bingo player. She was also a longtime fan of the Mets and Giants. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Margaret A. Waite. Surviving is one son, William Jennings of Greenwich; two daughters, Nancy Crawford of Lehigh Acres, FL and Katherine (Jamie) Lewis of Greenwich; six grandchildren, Shannon Celani, Matthew DeGregory, Erin Justin, Sarah Lewis, Jasmine Jennings, Kala Crawford and one great-granddaughter, Ella Rose Celani. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Flynn Bros., Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St., Greenwich, with Rev. Sandra Spaulding officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwich Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 6 to 8PM on Wednesday, November 14, 2012.
