Obituary of Joan M. Aubin

Joan M. Aubin, 85, a resident of Cheese Factory Rd., passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Saratoga Hospital.

Born May 30, 1933 in Cohoes, NY she was the daughter of the late Omer and Clara Desautels.

Joan was a loving mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She volunteered for many years at the Easton Fire Department. 

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles Aubin in 1992; 1 brother, Omer and 1 sister, Dorothy.

Survivors include her children, Charles (Loretta) Aubin, Dawn Drew, Wayne Aubin, and Edward Aubin; 1 sister, Mary Hebert; 1 brother, James Desautels; 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 3pm Friday, October 26, 2018 at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St., Greenwich with Rev. Martin Fisher, officiating.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 1-3pm prior to the service.
