Obituary of Michael Crozier

Michael Crozier, 41, a lifelong resident of Greenwich passed away tragically Friday, October 9, 2020 doing what he loved, riding his Harley. He was born July 27, 1979 in Cambridge, NY, to Gary Peters and the late Susan Crozier. Michael was full of life and could easily be heard by his loud voice and contagious laugh. He was a social butterfly with the people he most cared about becoming his close friends. Fast cars, motorcycles and busting ass were a few of his favorite things. Michael was an outdoorsman at heart, he loved working outside, hunting and fishing. He treasured relationships with people and things, and both held a sentimental value in his heart. His stories made you feel like you were there in person. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. In addition to his mother he was predeceased by his grandparents Helen and Walter Peters, and Jean and Rick Crozier; Uncle Walter “Bug” Peters Jr. He leaves behind his beloved fiancé Stacey Kepner; step-son Aiden Kepner; his pride and joy pit bulls Roxy and Lilly; father Gary (Marilyn) Peters; brother Nicholas Peters; sister Erika (Jon) Rasmussen; step sister Kim (Matthew) Goman; step brother Jason Jenkins; aunt’s Bridget “Birdie” (Steve) Petteys and Mary Lea (Jeff) Phillips; several other extended family and friends. A celebration of Michaels life will be held at 3pm on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the Flynn Bros. Inc., 80 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834 with celebrant Jason M. Easton officiating. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories of Michael during the service. He will be interred in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Greenwich immediately following the service at the funeral home. Family and friends may call from 1-3pm on Friday prior to the service at the funeral home. Due to Covid-19 restrictions masks will always be required in the funeral home, and 30 people will be allowed indoors at a time.
