Obituary of Sharon K. Wells

Sharon K. Wells, 68, a resident of Bacon Hill, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Saratoga Hospital.

Born September 18, 1955 in Ballston Spa, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Virginia Dewitt Weaver.

Sharon was a graduate of Ballston Spa High School and worked as a secretary at Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Falls for many years.  She enjoyed camping, cooking, attending Blue Grass Festivals, spending time with her family and her dogs.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, William Jr., Patricia, Virginia, Donna, and Edward.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, David Wells of Bacon Hill; her 8 siblings, Gwen, Joseph, Thomas, John, Jerry, Joann, Edna, and Ralph; several nieces, nephews, and close friends.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in the Bacon Hill Cemetery.

Memorials can be made in her memory to Saratoga County Animal Shelter or Wilton Emergency Squad.
