Obituary of Ronald Lee Morris
Ronald Lee Morris, commonly known as Lee Morris, 80, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Schenectady Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Schenectady, NY.
Born June 23, 1943 at Leonard Hospital in Troy, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph H. Morris and Eleanor M. Crandall Morris.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Bruce C. Morris.
Survivors include his daughter Brenda Mercier; his son, Jeremy Morris; his grandchildren Christine, April, Brandon, Jazmyn, Julie, Joe, and seven great grandchildren; his sister, Jo-Ann Patenaude; his brother James Morris, wife Nancy; his brother Richard Morris, wife Pamela; his brother Allan Morris, wife Myra; and his sister Cynthia Morris, husband Albert Melton.
A celebration of Lee’s life will be held on the anniversary of his birthday, June 23rd, 2024, in Crandall Hall at the Quaker Springs United Methodist Church.
Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery in Quaker Springs.
