Obituary of Lorraine May Rich

Lorraine M. Rich, 62 a lifelong resident of the Greenwich area passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 after a long illness at Saratoga Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born November 6, 1953 in Saratoga Springs, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Mildred Rich. Lorraine's greatest joy was the time spent with her granddaughters Lily and Violet. Lorraine's greatest comfort was when she was doing puzzles or coloring with her crayons and coloring book. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her brother Bob Covell; sister, Eunice Fish and nephew, Robert Covell. Survivors include her son, Paul (Nicholle) Rich of Argyle NY; granddaughters, Lily and Violet; sister, Mary Simon of Cambridge, NY; brother, John Rich Jr. of Middle Falls; sister, Eileen (Joe) Salley of Schuylerville, NY; lifelong friend, Linda Edwards and several loved nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 12 pm Monday December, 21, 2015, at Flynn Bros., Inc. 80 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834 with Pastor Eric Hartwell officiating. Family and friends may call from 10-12 prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Greenwich Cemetery.
