Obituary of Vivian J. Lang

Vivian J. Lang, 87 a resident of Washington Center, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 17, 2016. Born July 22, 1928 in Johnsonville, NY she was the daughter of the late Loretta Remington. Vivian enjoyed life, especially her grandchildren and all of their accomplishments. She enjoyed going out to eat and cooking. Her dog TYE gave her great joy. She was predeceased by her sons, Carroll Lang and Thomas Lang; and husband Raymond Lang. Survivors include her loving children, Raymond (Kathleen) Lang Jr. of Troy, and Sandra (Brent) Bentley of Argyle; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister-in-law Francis O'Donnell and family of New Jersey. There will be no calling hours. Spring burial will take place in the Greenwich Cemetery. Donations in Vivian's name can be made to the Greenwich VFW, 63 Abeel Ave, Greenwich, NY, 12834.
