Obituary of Sally B. Tefft

Sally B. Tefft, 97, a resident of Greenwich, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born October 16, 1918 in Stratford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Claribel (Lewis) Nothnagle. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Emmy Lou Brown and Claribel Spamer and her husband Richard Samson Tefft. Survivors include her children, Susan Tefft Guilford of CT, Culver (Patricia) Tefft of Berea, KT; Timothy Tefft of NJ, and Tabor (Joanne) Tefft of Ottawa; 4 grandchildren Rebecca Curtis, Bethany Smith, Richard Guilford and Katharine Lamprecht; 8 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10am Friday, June 3, 2016 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 147 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may call on Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 5-7 pm at Flynn Bros, Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St, Greenwich, NY, 12834.
